Cost
- This weekender represents fantasic value for money. The price you pay for the weekend includes:
- Your accommodation at the 5 star Cypress Lakes Resort for Friday and Saturday night
- All the workshops you can manage to fit in, over the weekend (Fri - Sun)
- Pizza supper on Friday night at 9pm (for catering purposes you must book for this by phoning 02 9905 2468)
- Sumptuous buffet dinner and dance on Saturday night.
Please note: All workshops, evening entertainment and evening meals are included in the price. Your drinks, breakfast, lunch and any additional facilities you enjoy at the resort are at your own cost.
The price we are able to secure for the resort is excellent compared to their standard rates. However to get such a good rate we need to book well in advance and pay a deposit to the resort
Because of this, the earlier you get your deposit in, the cheaper the price we can offer you
When you book take the opportunity to advise us of any special dietary requirements and if there are particular people you would like to share with.

Payments:
Payments can be made directly to the Ceroc Australia office by visa or mastercard
(please note: payments under $50 incur a $2 fee, & payments over $50 incur a $3 fee)
or by cheque or money order to Ceroc Australia Dance Company
Cancellation fee:

- Before 1/02/10, cancellations are on deposit only
- Cancellations before 20/11/09, full refund on deposit only
- Cancellations from 20/11/09 to 14/12/09 - 50% refund on deposit only
- Cancellations from 15/12/09 to 1/02/10 - 25% refund on deposit only
- After 1/02/10, cancellations are on full amounts owing
- Cancellations from 1/02/10 to 15/02/10 50% refund on full amount
- Cancellations from 16/02/10 to 1/03/10 25% refund on full amount
- Cancellations from 1/03/10 to 22/03/10 No refund on full amount
