A minimum of 10 beginner lessons or attendance at a Beginner Fast Track workshop. |

| Is it for me? |
Will suit an absolute beginner or if you have just started and wish to 'kick start' your dancing. Also suitable for dancers who just want to ensure that they develop good technique. |
For dancers comfortable with the beginner class, but need some help with the intermediate class or who want to take their freestyle up a level. You will also learn a batch of intermediate moves in one hit. Including some drops. |
For dancers comfortable with the intermediate class and can freestyle confidently, but wish improve connection & anchor. Will introduce musicality and style to your dancing, including some special moves and dips. |
A good environment for learning the correct technique for close moves and dips. Brings more variety to your dancing. Your dance partner will appreciate it as well. |
Learn the right way the first time so you can develop confidence with these moves. |
| What will I learn? |
The basics: 10-12 beginner moves, lead & follow, anchor & connection, linking moves, turning & spinning. Learn to freestyle the easy way. This Fast Track workshop gives you the equivalent experience of 5 classes. |
Revision of lead & follow, anchor & connection. A selection of the basic intermediate moves, with particular attention paid to developing freestyle ability. A full review of some beginner moves ironing out bad habits. |
Understand how to include the music in your dancing. Start to develop your own style. Understand the connection lead follow of an accomplished dancer and remove 'bad habits'. Adds a different dimension to your dancing. |
With safety as the highest priority for both you and your partner, these moves are designed to be danced to slower music. They are not taught during normal classes for this reason. |
Learn the 'smaller' aerial moves that will help you perform the bigger moves later with safety. This workshop will be great for those interested in competing or just wanting to add variety to their freestyle dancing. Partners are required. |
| What are the Benefits? |
After the workshop you will have an understanding of lead & follow and a repertoire of core beginner moves. You will be able to freestyle and enjoy full participation at regular Ceroc evenings. |
You will have more confidence with freestyle and should be able to tackle the intermediate class with confidence. |
Without having to learn a whole range of new moves you will be able to develop your dancing so that it stands out from the crowd! Your dance partners will realise the difference. |
These types of moves are definitely impressive allowing you to truly dazzle your audience. So, if you wish to take your dancing in a different direction by including dips and close moves, then this is the workshop for you. Partners are required. |

After this workshop you can try out for the Freestyle card which will allow you to join the intermediate class confident you are ready. Try attending a Dance Party. They are great for practice. |
Time to consolidate what you know. Keep up regular attendance at your venue and freestyle class. Then consider attending one of the STYLE Fast Track workshops. |
Dazzle everyone with your newfound skills and try other Fast Track workshops. Maybe a private lesson may accelerate your dance style. |
Start thinking about a routine. Or even the Baby Aerials workshop. Remember practice is best so go along to class and make the most of the freestyle time. Also don't forget Dance Parties. They are great opportunities to practice. |
