Modern Jive Dance Championships 2008

Open to dancers with the following experience

• been dancing for less than 1 year
• little or no previous dance experience

You are excluded from this category if any of the following apply:

• placed 1st in a Beginner or above category at a recognised national competition prior to the effective date
• previously competed at a higher level

Music:

• Sufficient music to enable you to dance with a variety of partners. Minimum of 2 minutes

Aerials:

• Not allowed

Format:

• You will be required to change partners during the event and will be judged individually rather than as a couple
