Modern Jive Dance Championships 2008

Open to dancers with the following experience

• placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in an Intermediate or above category at a recognised national competition prior to the effective date
• recognised as Advanced dancer but do not qualify as Masters

You are excluded from this category if any of the following apply:

• placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in an Advanced or above category at a recognised national competition prior to the effective date
• previously competed at a higher level

Lowest entry level appropriate for:

• Mainstream dance teachers
• Dancers who have performed in paid shows

Music:

• Heat: two songs of a minimum of 2 minutes each
• Final: two songs of a minimum of 2 minutes each

• Two per heat allowed.
  i.e. 2 in one song only or 1 in each song
